What pending really means
The visible status summarizes an internal stage. BoostCore may have recorded the order while it is still waiting for the next execution cycle before processing starts.
Do not treat this status as an invitation to order again. A second order is a new intention and can therefore cause a second delivery and debit.
Why starting is not always immediate
Timing depends on the service, processing queue, volume and target validity. Some services start quickly while others progress over a longer period.
Displayed times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. An inaccessible, changed or incompatible target can also prevent a normal start.
Checks the client can perform
Confirm that the profile, post or channel remains accessible and that its link has not changed. Avoid changing visibility when service terms require the target to remain stable during delivery.
Then review order details and timeline. The dashboard is the reference, and refreshing the browser does not create another order.
When should you avoid taking action?
When the status is pending, submitted or processing, avoid placing the same quantity again for the same target. Wait for a clear outcome or an action explicitly offered by the interface.
Do not trigger repeated cancellation or refill requests either. BoostCore protects those operations with eligibility and idempotency rules.
Completed, partial or failed
Completed means the platform received a terminal state corresponding to the service. Partial means only some of the requested quantity was delivered, with the financial result reflected by the internal processing shown.
For failures or reviews, rely on the BoostCore status and credits actually displayed. Financial corrections must be traceable and should never be assumed from an external message.
The safer tracking method
Keep the ORD reference, review history and allow synchronization to update progress. If the status remains unusual beyond the estimate, provide that reference to support.
This method prevents duplicates and makes every stage explainable. It is safer than repeating an order because the target counter has not changed yet.
Read the timeline without panicking
An order may move through recorded, pending, processing and completed states. Stages do not take the same amount of time, and some updates only arrive after synchronization with the execution system.
Use creation time, latest update and current status as reference points. If those details evolve, the order is being tracked. If they remain unchanged beyond the displayed estimate, use the ORD reference to request a precise review.
Why duplication costs more
Creating another order with a different idempotency key represents a genuine second service request. Even when target and quantity are identical, the system cannot always assume that the new request should replace the first one.
Use refresh or the order detail instead of submitting another form. This protects your balance, avoids excessive delivery and gives support one coherent timeline to investigate.
Follower order pending: delivery time and useful checks
A follower order pending may simply be waiting for the next processing cycle or status update. Follower delivery time varies according to the selected service, quantity, active queue and accessibility of the target profile.
When followers are not delivered yet, check the order status and latest update before taking another action. Do not submit the same order twice; use the ORD reference to track delivery or request a review.
Frequently asked questions
Should I order again when the status stays pending?
No. Wait for a clear outcome or an action in the order detail to avoid duplication.
Is the displayed delivery time guaranteed?
No. It is an estimate that can vary with the service, queue and target.
